Key Responsibilities: Merchant Onboarding and Activation: Identify and onboard new merchants in the assigned territory. Provide training and support to new merchants on the use of Simple Mudra's fintech products and services. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Address merchant queries and issues promptly to ensure smooth operations and sustained partnerships. Sales Growth and Revenue Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory. Promote and cross-sell products, such as AEPS, bill payments, mobile recharge, travel services, mATM, and CMS, to existing merchants. Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and merchant feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and merchant experience. Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of merchant onboarding, sales performance, and relationship management activities. Ensure all operations comply with company policies and fintech regulations.
